Movies have great aesthetic values because it combines some of literary works and also applies their elements. Movies are unique and they are ?the result of the process of composition, the meaning of which is ?to make by putting together??, Thorough watching a movie, the viewer will capture some characteristics of other literary works such as feels like seeing pictures of the painting but they can move, watching drama but it is on the screen, or reading prose-fiction but unwritten. The objectives of the study of this movie are to find the conflict and moral value related to Ben Campbell on the movie "21". The research method of this movie is use descriptive qualitative because the result of collecting data contains quotation from the data to illustrate and substantiate the presentation.
In this research, the researcher tries to find the moral values on the movie 21. This movie published in 2008. 21 is a 2008 American Heist movie directed by Robert Luketic and starring Jim Sturgess.
The result of this research devices into two parts, the first is the conflict that implied the conflict faced by the main character, and which name is Ben Campbell. The second is the moral value that implied the conflict faced by the main character?s
The researcher finds that the main character, Ben Campbell, has both side of good and evil behavior. The evil side is found on the conflict that implied on the script by Ben and Mickey and Ben and his club science is explained explicitly and implicitly. The researcher finds that Ben have to make an essay to get a scholarship, he was follow the blackjack team and he leave his club science.
So, the researcher finds that the moral value is explained clearly on the conflict of Ben. The researcher finds that Ben has to make an essay to get a scholarship, he follows the blackjack team and he leaves his club science. But Ben can get a scholarship not from result Blackjack game, but he got from his experience from the journey of played Blackjack, so he can make an essay to get scholarship.
Finally, the moral values that is implied in conflicts faced by the main character is found by the researcher which it is explain explicitly and implicitly in the movie.
