The study is about The Problems of Teaching Learning Process of English Speaking at The Tenth Class of Islamic Senior High School Salafiyah Margomulyo Kerek. The writer has some purposes(1)To know the Problems faced by students in learning speaking skill at the tenth class of Islamic Senior high School Salafiyah Margomulyo Kerek.(2)To know the the Problems faced by the teacher in teaching speaking skill at the tenth class of Islamic Senior high School Salafiyah Margomulyo Kerek.(3)To know the teacher?s solution in facing the teacher and the student?s problems in teaching and learning speaking English at Islamic Senior high School Salafiyah Margomulyo Kerek.
Ther study is a qualitative research. The study was carried out at the tenth class of Islamic Senior high School Salafiyah Margomulyo Kerek. The subject of the study was English speaking skill. There are three kinds of instrument used questionnaire, observation, and interview. From the data analysis it was found that the problems faced by the students in learning speaking skill mostly was lack of vocabulary and incorrect pronunciation. And the problems faced by the teacher were using the monotone method in teaching speaking skill and rarely using the media in teaching speaking skill. The teacher also has an effort to solve the problems that faced by the students and the the teacher in teaching and learning speaking skill. The teacher used the word web to solve the students?s problems and ask the students to listen the English native speakers trough the English song, English movie, and English news at home or anywhere to make the students?s pronunciation better. The teacher used the other methods and media to make teaching and learning speaking skill more various and interesting.
