This study is about the influence of Mind Mapping Strategy on student?s speaking ability at eight grade bilingual program of MTs N Sale Rembang. The purpose of the study was to know (1) the student?s score after applying Mind Mapping Strategy on speaking skill at the eighth grade bilingual program of MTs N Sale Rembang.(2) the influence of Mind Mapping Strategy in student?s speaking achievement at the eighth grade bilingual program of MTs N Sale Rembang.
The subjects of the study were 25 students at eight grade bilingual program as experiment class and 30 students eight grade regular class as control class of MTs N Sale Rembang. The techniques which were used to collect the data were Pre-test, treatment and Post-test. Pre-test and post-test used to know about the influence of Mind Mapping Strategy on speaking skill.
The results of the study showed that the Mind Mapping Strategy can increase the student?s speaking ability and help them in speaking task, and easier to do speaking task.
From the statement above, it can be concluded that Mind Mapping Strategy give influence on the students speaking ability. It make students feel fun and enjoy learns English
