Education always was renewed in order to find the quality and success of student learning and curriculum structure right. Improved quality in the world pendidikan pun been done by all parties, especially the schools, but in fact the results obtained have not been as expected.
This study aims to determine the economic improvement of learning outcomes by using a Learning Model Giving Getting Question And Answer, the ability of teachers in managing learning / activity of teacher, student activities, after learning with Learning Model Application Giving Getting Question And Answer.
The subjects of this study were students of class XI IPS 2 Brondong 09 SMA Muhammadiyah Lamongan school year 2014/2015. This type of research is classroom action research (PTK) or Classroom Action Research (CAR), which consists of 2 cycles. The data collection techniques used in this study is the observation method to describe the activities of students and teachers at the time of Teaching and Learning Activities (KBM) takes place, the test methods to determine student learning outcomes, and a questionnaire to describe the student's response.
Based on analysis of data obtained in the application of learning models Getting Giving Question And Answer that, on average the activities of teachers in cycle 1 was 60% with sufficient category. While on the second cycle increased to 85% in both categories. And student activity in cycle 1 reaches an average of 58.21% with sufficient category. While in the second cycle of increased activity students become 87.73% with the good category. Results mastery learning students in the use of learning models Getting Giving Question And Answer increasing, it can be seen from the results of the test in cycle 1 only reached the level of completeness 68% of the total number of students by 35 students, but at the second cycle level rising completeness students achieve 82.57% of the total number of students amounted to 35 students.
Based on the above data it can be concluded that the activities of students and teachers in the application of learning models Getting Giving Question And Answer categorized either. Results mastery learning students has been achieved with a percentage of 82.57%.
