Code-Switching and code-mixing are commond phenomenon in our life which is very likely to occur within the speech community or worldewide human relation. Code switching and code mixing also have important position in education especially in English teaching. The study investigated (1) what types of code mixing and code switching used by Mario Teguh in Mario Teguh Golden Ways; (2) what are the dominant types of code mixing and code switching used by Mario teguh in Mario Teguh Golden Ways.
The data is collected by recording the speech of Mario teguh in Mario teguh golden ways Program on Metro TV. The data is focused to analysis code mixing and code switching used by Mario Teguh in Mario Teguh Golden Ways in two episodes that are, ?Mengatasi Stress? and ?The Accident Waiting to Happen?.
By analyze the data, it id found that code mixing and code switching used by Mario Teguh In mario Teguh Golden Ways. (1) There are four types of code mixing and code switching, and tag switching. And there types of code mixing that are, intersentential code mixing, intralexical code mixing, and involving change of pronunciation . this research may have suggested that hopefully the other researcher will interested to analyze code mixing and code switching from the other resource.
