RSUD Dr. R. Koesma Tuban is an B gradestate hospital. Because of its facilities, the hospitals has a large area and installation.The visitor needs a media to comprehend about mapping of location which they want to find. Mapping of location which is used to be an assistor has a function to find out the destination easily, vastly, and accuratly. In this research, will makes SIG application to presents information about facilities and also arragement location and route of room which available in RSUD Dr. R. Koesma Tuban. Because the information system based on web, so taking web GIS technology likes Map Server is the right choice to do especially for MS4W packet and also using Framework pmapper.
