ANALISIS HUBUNGAN POLA ASUH ORANG TUA DAN KETELADANAN GURU DENGAN PERILAKU PROSOSIAL SISWA SDN GUGUS 05 KECAMATAN SEMANDING KABUPATEN TUBAN

ABSTRAK

Perilaku prososial yang dimiliki siswa di Gugus 05 Kecamatan Semanding Kabupaten Tuban masih rendah. Hal ini ditandai dengan kurangnya kepedulian terhadap lingkungan dan sesama. Dari keprihatinan terhadap fenomena tersebut peneliti ingin mengkaji lebih dalam tentang perilaku prososial siswa. Peneliti mencoba mencari hubungan antara tingkat perilaku prososial yang dimiliki siswa dengan pola asuh dan keteladanan guru. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan metode survei lapangan yang dilakukan terhadap siswa-siswi kelas VI se-Gugus 05 secara random sampling berdasarkan teorinya Yaunt yaitu 10% untuk jumlah populasi 101-1000. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan 19 siswa dengan pola asuh demokratis, 5 siswa dengan pola asuh permisif dan 7 siswa dengan pola asuh otoriter. Aspek keteladanan guru ada 6 siswa dengan keteladanan baik, 34 siswa dengan keteladanan sangat baik. Untuk perilaku prososial terdapat 1 siswa berperilaku prososial kurang baik 9 siswa dengan perilaku prososial baik dan 21 siswa dengan perilaku prososial sangat baik. Dari data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pola asuh bukan satu-satunya factor yang mempengaruhi perilaku prososial siswa. Faktor lain yang tak kalah penting adalah keteladanan.

ABSTRACT

The prosocial behavior of students in Cluster 05, Semanding District, Tuban Regency is still low. It is characterized by a lack of concern for the environment and other people. From the concern about this phenomenon, the researcher wants to examine more deeply about students' prosocial behavior. Researchers are trying to find a relationship between the level of prosocial behavior possessed by students and the upbringing and example of the teacher. This research is quantitative with a field survey method conducted on class VI students throughout Cluster 05 by means of random sampling based on Yaunt's theory of 10% for a population of 101-1000. The results of the study found 19 students with democratic parenting, 5 students with permissive parenting and 7 students with authoritarian parenting. In the aspect of teacher exemplary there are 6 students with good exemplary, 34 students with very good exemplary. For prosocial behavior there is 1 student with poor prosocial behavior, 9 students with good prosocial behavior and 21 students with very good prosocial behavior. From these data it can be concluded that parenting is not the only factor that influences students' prosocial behavior. Another factor that is no less important is exemplary.
