PREFACE
In the name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful. Alhamdulillah, we carried out National Seminar the 9th RETCO 2019, "Promoting EFL Teacher Profesionalism in Millenial Era". I would like to express my deep appreciation to Rector of Universitas PGRI RonggolweTuban for supporting this conference with facilities. My appreciation also goes to a conference sponsor, Exxon Mobil for their financial support.
I would like to express my deep appreciation to all keynote speakers Prof.Bambang YudiCahyono,M.Pd., M.A.,Ph.D. (Universitas Negeri Malang) and Muhammad Muchlisin, M.Pd(SMKN 4 Malang) for sharing valuable knowledge and experience. Special thanks to the chief committee Dr. Christina I.T.Panggabean, M.Pd for well- organizing and managing this event. Also all lecturers in English Education Study Program and all members of English Students Association for tremendous efforts to make this event done very well.
This conference proceedings are published as an issue of English Teaching and Learning focusing on improving literacy and technology usage in teaching. It consists of articles sent by keynote speakers and other articles that are presented in pararel session. Finally, but not least, support from Universitas PGRI RonggolaweTuban was absolutely essential to the conference.
At the end of this preface, I would like to announce that the next 10th RETCO 2020 will be hosted at UNIROW. We would like to invite speakers and participants to join this annual event, I hope old participants and new comers join with us in2020.
