This paper is entitled "Analysis of Social Conflict of The Main Character of" Premium Rush "Movie This paper aims to analyze the types of conflicts and strategies used by characters in the depiction of conflict and also to analyze conflicts that occur in the main characters in the movie "Premium Rush". The data were collected from the transcript of the movie. The sentence, phrase, or words showing social conflict were identified, classified and interpreted. They are analyzed descriptively. Qualitative methods is used in the analysis of data collected .And in explaining the analysis, the method of drawing used.

Based on the analysis, the main character of Wilee experienced social conflict with three other actors namely Sir. Bobby Monday, Traffict Police, and Manny. Wilee and Sir. Bobby Monday has a social conflict because of Sir. Bobby Monday is a corrupt cop who needs money to pay off his debts. Social conflict between the traffic police because Wilee when chased by Sir. Bobby Monday he caused a minor incident, he caused an accident on the highway so he was chased by the traffic police to be held accountable. While the third social constraint between Wilee and Manny, Wilee requested an envelope that had previously been his main task but Manny did not give it and instead challenged Wilee to race the bike for the envelope. This analysis can be concluded that the social conflicts that occur between the main actors and other actors due to economic factors.
